Exodus: Parshah Vayakhel-Pekudei | Rabbi Eytan Yehudah Dzikowski

Did you know…?
Ch.35, vs.21
How did Chur die?

And everyone who excelled in ability and everyone whose spirit moved him came, bringing to the LORD his offering for the work of the Tent of Meeting and for all its service and for the sacral vestments.

Chur was murdered.

We know that from the fact that we find Moshe speaking to both Chur and Aharon  before he went up to Mt. Sinai (Shemot 24:14) but when Moshe came down from Mt. Sinai we find him speaking only with Aharon only.

Additionally, Aaron believed that he was about to be murdered — just like Chur was — and he became  very scared.
